Shipping Policy

OrganicMall uses either Door to Door Courier or the SA Post Office Domestic Parcel counter to counter for shipping

Our rates include handling, materials, insurance and postage/delivery.

Your parcel is fully insured so you will not lose your money if it does not arrive.

DOMESTIC PARCEL - Counter to counter

This method uses tracking numbers and your parcel is sent to the Post Office nearest to you. You must go and collect your parcel at the Post Office taking your tracking number and ID document with you. On dispatch your tracking number will be e-mailed to you. At the sign in you must specify the name and address of the Post Office you will use for collection as your shipping/destination address.

This is the most economic shipping method. Rates start at R35.00 for the first 1kg and increase by R5.00 per kg thereafter.

Due to the tracking number system this has proved to be a reliable shipping method. We cannot accept responsibility for orders shipped via the SA Post Office that are held up in their depots for any reason. We will not accept responsibility for items arriving damaged should you choose this shipping method. Items leave our warehouse extremely well packed to prevent any damage in transit.

COURIER DOOR TO DOOR - Major Centres

This method ships items directly to your door and is available for the major metropolitan areas listed below.

Delivery is only made during working hours, if there is no-one home during the day you must specify your work address as the delivery destination. Only complete (in stock) orders are available for shippinf via this method, we cannot part-ship with courier.

The rates start at R80.00 for the first 5 kgs.

Major Centres: Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberley, Nelspruit, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, Port Elizabeth, Pretoria, Richards Bay and Welkom.

COURIER DOOR TO DOOR - Outlying Areas

These are all areas not defined as major centres. The same rules apply as for major centres.

The rates start at R150.00 for the first 5kgs.

DEILVERY TIMES: 3-5 days after order placement. We cannot accept responsibility for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

CONDITIONS

If you have a query with your order once you have received it, or have an item missing you need to contact us within two days of receiving your order. Thereafter we cannot entertain any queries for missing items after two days.

You cannot cancel an order once we have received a tracking number from the delivery service provider.

We do not do collections at our premises under any circumstances.

We do not accept responsibility for incorrectly provided shipping addresses.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates, we will however attempt to assist you in tracking a parcel as far as possible.
