Goods must be returned at your expense, complete, in working order, undamaged, not spoilt or soiled in any way with the complete undamaged original packaging and instructions.
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of e-mail.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Craighall Print Express (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Craighall Print Express (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee. You cannot cancel an order after it is shipped and proof of the tracking details have been obtained from the shipping service provider.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
