TRIPLE THE PROTECTION: The TRICORE system offers all the protection of the Duocore model wth the added benefit of remineralising the water. Utilising state of the art technology to provide unsurpassed protection from thousands of chemicals and water born contaminants. The TRICORE system comes complete with three long life cartridges and is supplied with a delux faucet and all necessary hardware as standard.The TRICORE under sink system comes with three cartridges, MICROPOL 5, MICROSHIELD and HYDROMIN. The system is designed to effectively remove thousands of chemical contaminants including chlorine, VOC's, bad tastes, odour, sand, rust, suspended solids and volatile organic compounds such as pesticides and petrochemicals to name a few. CARTRIDGES: The TRICORE offers an extremly high level of filtration. This unit comes standard with a MICROPOL 5 pre-sediment cartridge, a MICROSHIELD cartridge constructed from high technology sintered carbon and impreganated with nano particles of pure silver. The result is an impressive 0.5 micron (nominal) pore size with the added anti-microbial, anti bacterial effect of silver.
