TRIPLE THE PROTECTION: The TRICORE PLUS system offers all the protection of the Duocore Plus model wth the added benefit of alkalising the water. Utilising state of the art technology to provide unsurpassed protection from thousands of chemicals and water born contaminants plus a host of potentially lethal bacteria and cysts including Cryptosporidium and Giardia just to name a few. The TRICORE PLUS system comes complete with three long life cartridges and is supplied with a delux faucet and all necessary hardware as standard.The TRICORE PLUS under sink system with three cartridges is designed for extreme filtration situations where an alkaline result is preferred. The system utilises the MICROPOL CC pre-sediment, MICROSHIELD nano silver and ALKALINE+ mineral ball and water alkalising cartridge. The TRICORE PLUS is designed to be connected to potable water sources such as town supplied mains water.The TRICORE PLUS system comes complete with three long life cartridges, a separate delux water faucet and is supplied with all the necessary installation hardware as standard. CARTRIDGES: The unit comes supplied with three "state of the art" cartridges. The MICROPOL CC dual core pre-sediment cartridge with a 1 micron pleated polypropylene outer shell and a 0.5 micron actvated coconut carbon inner core. The second cartridge is without question one of the most technologically advanced carbon cartridges on the market today. The MICROSHIELD cartridge is constructed from high technology sintered carbon and impreganated with nano particles of pure silver. The result is an impressive 0.5 micron (nominal) pore size with the added anti-microbial, anti bacterial effect of silver.
